I have thought about the scenario as well since a similar tag, slit_sex, does mention that it can be used for those scenarios as well (specifically after_sex).
However, looking at how the majority of *_sex tags (see topic #17065 & topic #23812) have already been implicated with sex, I'd just crop slit_sex up as being the odd one out of the bunch.
