Reason: These are both the same artist. The artist uses both names (and a few others) though spookytre (without the space) seems slightly more common. This alias could also be reversed, but in any case one should be aliased to the other.

Please list your sources, but It seems like their artist page has sufficient links, but anyone can edit those so not sure how useful that is

It's best to go off-site for sources, for the reason Cutefox123 says above, who is also correct in that sources are good to provide. However, those links are useful as jumping-off points to find those sources (at least when we e621 users have been behaving). The less work an Admin has to do to confirm things, the better.

Anyway, Their Linktree has both parsings of the name in its links, with the single word version edging out the dual-worded version (4 vs. 3). And the two names are essentially the same, just one has a space and the other doesn't. There's also a not so spooky FA as well, which links to the two-word name, a single-word Hotmail, a two-word Instagram also seen on the Linktree, a single-word Picarto also on Linktree, and a single-word Twitter also on Linktree (3 vs. 2).
