If it actually shows a pokedex in the image, sure. Not if it just contains descriptive text like a pokedex.

Maybe if it was an official pokedex entry. But in the case of that pool, at least, it seems to be made up descriptions, so I wouldn't tag that on them either.

I don't think it's necessary to be that strict. Pokédex entries have a distinctive and oft-imitated style, with lot of other artists producing similar fake ones. This sort of thing is also often seen on earnest SFW attempts to produce "fakemon".

Would it be worth having a more generalized bestiary tag? A lot of games include some sort of bestiary or enemy log, and it's not impossible that someone may have, or will eventually, draw a non-Pokémon related one and post it here. It could then be searched alongside pokemon/fakemon to get specifically pokedex-styled ones.
