The characters can be positioned in a way that you can see a character sniffing the butt of another character, without that other character's butt being visible.

orgasm_from_kissing, at least, seems to also be used for when a kiss is what puts a character "over the edge" while being otherwise conventionally stimulated. which, although it contradict the wiki definition, it seems like a taggable situation, and the situation does seem to fit the tagname.

I'm having second thoughts, at least for some of these that are too generic or generic sounding. orgasm_from_handjob could easily be inferred as an orgasm from receiving a handjob, rather than giving one. Similar for orgasm_from_oral. orgasm_from_frottage sounds like simply orgasm+frottage, an unnecessary combo tag since frottage is penises directly stimulating each other. anal_orgasm and oral_orgasm exist to try to separate from merely having an orgasm while having anal/oral sex, instead being for characters cumming from receiving anal/oral stimulation without direct penile contact, as it would otherwise just be an unnecessary orgasm+anal/oral combo tag. There is also spontaneous_ejaculation to consider, where a character ejaculates without apparent stimulation of erogenous zones.
