The tag implication #50482 tiny_head -> small_head has been approved.

Reason: As of me recently standardizing these tags topic #38043, tiny_head is now a strict subset of small_head.

It makes sense to have tiny_head imply small_head, similarly to how the hyper_* tags imply the huge_* tags which imply the big_* tags.
