The tag alias #61944 collar_(marking) -> neck_markings has been approved.
Reason: Admittedly this only has 1 instance of being added to a post, but it's something I've tried tagging/searching recently before I knew about neck_markings. It matches the pattern set by similar tags, e.g. fingerless (marking), socks (marking), mask (marking), etc. Oughta be a bit helpful for searching purposes at least (and collar marking is already aliased)
