So I was preparing a BUR for the_banana_splits,
but noticed something about the character tags that I wanted answered first.

In my opinion, it's probably best to include the "The" as that is part of the show's name. Of course, I'm sure e621 has not always been consistent in this regard with its tags, so obviously it could go either way as long as all the tags regarding the show are themselves consistent.

The bulk update request #4547 is active.
