Don't forget to show your work with off-site sources. As an example, starting with the VinLom FA, on a site which (conveniently for our purposes) doesn't allow name changes, we get links in the Contact Information to the (defunct) LomLynx NSFW Twitter and the LomLynx Itaku. That'll work. If you wanted to be more thorough, you could also walk through the connection as well, but providing the links really does help the Admins a lot, since they research these requests to double-check that they're good. The less work they have to do in seeing how the names relate to each other, the better.
