I dunno if it's from restraint+ed, but all but one of those posts should be bound instead.
Someone in the misused tags thread was complaining about restrained in general, though..

Soooooo many posts that get bound/restrained confused. Yeah, reading the Wiki makes it clear but who has time for dat?
I think a better alias would be restraints.
