The tag alias #62077 koinobori -> carp_streamer has been approved.
Reason: Aliasing the Japanese term to the English one. Koinobori AKA carp streamers are a type of windsock Japanese families display in honor of their sons for Children's Day. I believe carp streamer ought to be the tag used so that the majority of users know what it's referring to.
