The tag alias #62083 mukou -> brimsnaps has been approved.

Reason: All of the artists current accounts are under the brimsnaps name rather than mukou, urls are on the brimsnaps artist page

Don't be too trusting with e621's artist pages. Though they can provide useful jumping-off points for finding sources for the link in names, any one of us yahoos can screw with them, so there's no guarantee they're accurate without clicking on them and checking the results. It's best to go to the other sites and show the link in names with those.

While we could go in depth, this post on the Mukou FA states that they're moving over to the Brimsnaps FA, which, helpfully, also identifies them as Mukou in that blurb description thing on the top of the page.

to be fair, i'm the one who added them all to that artist page after finding their accounts, and only linked it as the urls were already listed there. i should have provided more specific evidence though, thanks.
