Reason: This is intended to make the wraps tags uniform - Note that wrap is used at least 2 ways on the site, hence why this isn't encompassing - in some contexts "wrap" is used as a verb in which one character is wrapping something around something.

Hmm, I keep getting told to break mine up so that say, first 3 are a different BUR script vote. But yeah, going through these, it seems they would be nice to be more consistent!

Considering that fore_paws is aliased to paws, and forelegs is not even a tag, not to mention the lack of use of those 2 tags in BUR, so far, so good.

There actually is a difference between (just) face wrappings, and the entire head. They don't go all the way around or on scalp, right?

Last 2 seem to make sense in case of future resurrection of those tags.

BTW, you can have multiple BURs in the same topic! Example: https://e621.net/forum_topics/30502?page=1#forum_post_354793 That one was a monster. Could you please look for typos or things I missed on it? I think that it's 'ready for production'.
