Hi I was just curious what can I do if my post gets unapproved for 30 days and deleted? I know I can't try posting the same picture again but is there some way I can let someone higher up know about this? I just wanna know just for future reference

Simply reuploading the same image would just get it deleted again.
You should message NotMeNotYou, the site's lead admin, and ask to have the post restored.

That said, I don't think you've had any posts deleted with that reason yet.

This has happened to me several times, and... as has been explained to me several times, the staff have most definitely seen something that's been in the queue that long, they just didn't care enough about it to give a specific stamp of approval or disapproval.

...in other words, posts with this fate are judged as exceptionally mediocre, which if you ask me is even more damning than an active rejection. Almost like it isn't even worth dignifying with a rejection.
