Requested feature overview description.
Implementation of keyboard shortcuts tied to DText text formatting, e.g. "CTRL+I" would automatically enclose selected text in proper markdown tags for italic text.

Why would it be useful?
Keyboard shortcuts for text formatting can speed up creation of comments and/or forum posts.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Any page that implements DText would be affected.
