Topic: I acciddently flagged my own post with the wrong ID!

I really hope so. This is embarrassing! It should have been obvious of what ID to pick, but I just had to pick from the URL and get a random pic from way back! I really hope this gets cleared up soon.

You should just be able to leave it, janitors will realise it's a different post and remove the flag. You could also add another inferior flag with the correct ID so they can cancel the first and delete the correct one.

And don't worry, you won't get a record or anything for that.

I can't seem to add another flag (an inferior flag, that is), but I'll take your word for it that they'll realize I messed up. I've been on this site for so long and only now do I make a great mistake like that. I still feel ashamed.

Well, they removed the inferior post. Hopefully, it vanishes away for good. Still embarrassing, but it won't happen again. Either way, hope people enjoy the real post!
