Aliasing derp_eyes -> cross-eyed.

Derp eyes, particularly those on derpy are one eye up, the other down.
Cross-eyed is both eyes inward, towards the nose.

The technical term is hypertropia, one is called a "floating" eye, not sure if the plural is "floating eyes" or what, since a single cross/wall eye is called a lazy eye but both are cross/wall eyed depending on which way they go.

derp_eyes seems like a bad tag to me, but I'm not sure what the better tag would be.
