Definitely. tailjob_while_masturbating (noun_while_verb) and peeing_while_masturbating (verb_while_verb) both make sense.

Masturbating_while_fellatio.. not so much.

I also wonder if it's necessary to have separate tags for individual sex acts while masturbating, rather than a more general sex_while_masturbating that can be combined with fellatio, footjob, anal, etc. After all, masturbation itself is rather nondescript, since it includes penile_masturbation, vaginal_masturbation, oral_masturbation, etc (which themselves include fingering, dildos/sex toys, etc). The tag count and implications necessary would explode if we included every sex and masturbatory act.

I already thought about the possibility in making a style guide for tag names. Makes it more predictable to search and propose tags. Having patterns might make it easier to memorize and avoids making tags that will inevitably be aliased away.
