I'd vote to keep humanoid_genitalia_on_feral plus the subtags simply because it's a relatively uncommon situation which would be very difficult to find otherwise (except in solo images).
For example, in the results for bestiality humanoid_genitalia, the humanoid genitalia seem to belong almost exclusively to a human/humanoid/anthro partner.
