The tag implication #50793 tongue_on_penis -> penis_lick has been rejected.
Reason: when there is a penis on the tongue, it is licked accordingly

This seems like it should be an alias
Even if it's a prehensile tongue wrapped around the penis? Or simply placed atop the penis, its underside touching the penis? Granted, most occasions will be a proper lick, but perhaps the implication ought to be reversed?

Can you put something on your tongue and not lick it even unconsciously?
