Aliasing dash_ravo → dash_shepard

Reason:

The author signs his work as Dash Ravo (may be seen in this post #605706) and his page is also called. Also in FA his account named Dash_Shepard ibidem Full Name: Dash_Ravo.

This alias is incorrect. It should be dash_shepard -> dash_ravo. With the alias set up the way it is now, dash_ravo would end up being aliased to dash_shepard.

Now that the alias is suggested, we have no choice but to wait since the tag tool will say the alias already exists.

Alright, fixed the direction of the alias, verified they are the same artist, and approved the aliases:

dash_shepard to --> dash_ravo
dashravo to --> dash_ravo
rainbow_ravo18 to --> dash_ravo

And made sure the artist's wiki is updated and information transfered over. So it should all be good now.
