The tags need to be added to a post before being used in a BUR. Next time this happens, add the relevant tags to a deleted post and then reverse the change, which is what I usually do and just did.

Reason: Previous BUR didn't catch all of the existing adoptive_* tags, probably because these ones didn't have implications. Also added the currently unused adoptive_sisters for completeness.

We should change adoptive_siblings_(lore) to adoptive_sibling_(lore) to match sibling_(lore) and stepsibling_(lore), as well as this site's general preference for singular tags over plural.
