Rarely ever make forum posts so I'm not sure if this is the correct category.
I was browsing through art by Wamudraws and noticed a lot of posts related to Curly Brace were deleted due to "Irrelevant to site. (Human only)". Which is strange since other Curly Brace images seem to not have this issue.

These moderations are from 3 years ago so maybe since then Curly Brace is considered non-human?

Those images no longer have valid sources, so I can't check what they looked like, but if she's drawn too human then she'd be considered human. Maybe with a prosthetic, not sure if that disqualifies it?

If it looks like she's got real, legit robo joints though, then likely not-human. That'd be my ruling if I were a part of it.

it seems like the images in question are these two.
kinda borderline, most of the robot joint/crease/whatever lines look like they could just be drawn onto the body and the only exception is the little sticky-outy bits on her shoulder pad things.

Yeah, baring the bit that sticks out just below the shoulders, the lines themselves look like tattoos.

Fun fact, the debatable cannon wind fortress level in cave story+ shows a facility that creates Curlys, and implies that she might not be a complete robot and that she is instead a sort of cyborg clone.

Cyborg or robot or not, they're all humanoid_robots-tagged, right? Both of the main protagonists are very human-like *oids. Gynoids and androids, basically. Oh, WTH, gynoid gets redirected to android? That's like female and intersex redirecting to male. I am pretty sure androids imply a male appearance. XD

In general gendered species tags are aliased to a single tag, usually a gender-neutral one, with android being one of the few examples of one of the gendered tags winning out. It's also super undertagged, and maybe a bit ill-defined or too overly broad, with it essentially containing any mechanical character that isn't feral or dire and maybe taur.

Honestly, it probably could do with a tag split, and then also have a form-spesific tag for every robot, so like android for humanoids, anthroid for anthros, feroid for ferals, and tauroid for taur, or maybe words that aren't just portmanteaus with "droid". I think having a more useful and specific tag would encourage people to actually use the tags.

Well seeing that other curly posts seem to fall under the definition of android is it possible that those posts could be reinstated? Or will it need to reuploaded?
