The bulk update request #5082 is pending approval.

Reason: I'm hoping to see various other constructs, so I'm putting in the "Genus" tag early. Currently only Steward Constructs are posted to e621, but the list could come to be:

Bumping to mention that now that Mineru's construct is tagged, so I've added it to the BUR. Although there is currently a Seized Construct tag, there's only one image with it, so I haven't added that yet.
