2 of my posts are 18 days old, and im a bit confised why they havent been approved yet. Is the quality not good? Or is it something else?

Staff do approvals at will and they likely have jobs outside of here, so you'll just need to be patient if they haven't been approved yet. I still have some unapproveds.

Some posts just slip through the cracks.

If your uploads are approaching the 30-day cutoff date where they would be automatically deleted, feel free to message me, and I'll take a look at them.
Not promising that I would approve the posts automatically. But I may be able to give you the justification for why they haven't been approved yet.
