Being chubby means that you're carrying more weight, which in turn would make you overweight.

This tag is really hard to define, but it shouldn't go past "Santa fat".

and the wiki of chubby tag:

Note that this is not to be used for overweight characters.

chubby is meant for a bit budgy characters and overweight is for actually fat characters.

Just so you know, as it is currently that isn't how those tags function. Right now they look something more like this:

• chubby - Borderline fat
• overweight - Fat
• obese - Really fat, and often quite round
• morbidly_obese - Hyper fat

(I'd actually recommend looking at their respective wikis to get a better idea of how they run.)

It's not that this wouldn't work per se, but right now overweight is basically an umbrella tag for "the really fat ones" which means that this would need a bit of an overhaul in order for this to work.
