Being the opposite way around sounds like it may have different connotations, but from its actual usage it seems exactly the same.

Sure, seems good enough for me.

This would be a weird and confusing alias, as the wording indeed states the opposite than what the tag is currently used on.

There's only 25 uses of the tag: Fix it manually.

Possibly invalidate the tag... Though, preferrably, find images where there IS a penis on foot/feet.
