mass update outside -> outside_viewpoint
mass update inside -> inside_viewpoint
Reason: Makes it a bit more obvious what outside and inside actually mean.

Should be an alias, IMO. outside and inside have been long-standing tags that people very likely use in their searches and blacklists, and aliasing ensures they continue to work (a mass update just changes the post tags, but doesn't affect future searches or filters using it).

I quite like this idea actually, I've always found the tags a little too vague in what they actually mean.
I remember people were wanting to rename these to indoors and outdoors at one point too, to distinguish it from other tags like internal, which could easily also be interpreted as an "inside viewpoint" - so my ideal choice would be indoors_viewpoint and outdoors_viewpoint.
It should be an alias like Watsit said, so you're going to have to create a BUR that handles all the transitives first.
