I just changed the tag manually.

There's also feminized with 10 results, which is basically being used as crossdressing (and some make no sense). I'll change it manually later too. This one should probably be invalidated because of the confusion (?)

Sounds like a disambiguation would be good. Alias feminize, feminized, feminise, and feminised to feminize_(disambiguation) (which would be moved to the Invalid category), with a wiki page suggesting to use girly for a male character with a feminine appearance, mtf_crossgender for a male character depicted as female, crossdressing for a male character wearing female clothing, or feminization for a male character in the process of taking on a more feminine appearance by external forces.
