Reason: So I finally noticed why world_of_warcraft has been a repeat offender in my lists of aliased tags with more than 0 posts - it somehow has an implication, despite being aliased to warcraft.
An automatic scan of the DB exports revealed two other tags with this problem. However, they both have further problems of their own.
mudpuppy has been implied to salamander, which is now aliased to salamander_(disambiguation), so obviously we don't want to move the implication to whatever that is. It doesn't actually have any posts, or a wiki page, to give us some hints either. Wikipedia suggests it is a member of the urodela family, which has been aliased to salamander_(amphibian), so I guess it goes there instead. Or we could just delete it, it's not as if it's ever been used.
kyuubi_(youkai_watch) is another tag with 0 posts. In this case the alias is because we changed spelling to the standard English localisation, but that left behind this fossilised tag with the old spelling in its suffix. Upon further inspection, we do in fact have a kyubi_(yo-kai_watch) tag, which correctly implies yo-kai_watch and has no fewer than 416 posts. So that will necessitate a part 2 to this BUR after this is approved, assuming of course we want to go to that effort for a tag nobody is actually using:
alias kyuubi_(youkai_watch) -> kyubi_(yo-kai_watch)
