Topic: [Feature] Give MetaSearch the ability to search pending BURs for aliases and implications

Requested feature overview description.
Give the tags MetaSearch page the ability to look for aliases and implications in pending BURs.

Why would it be useful?
Right now, I think you have to look in at least two different places to to find out if a tag is involved in a pending alias, implication, or BUR: the MetaSearch page and the BUR search page .

The MetaSearch page currently shows you existing and pending aliases and implications, but only if they were proposed as a bare alias or implication, and not if they were proposed as part of a BUR.

Having all the information in one place would (hopefully) lead to fewer instances of people proposing new aliases, implications, or BURs for tags that already have one pending. The proposer could more easily find the existing forum thread for the BUR and, if wanted, bump that thread with their thoughts pro or con.

An example as of this writing: the pending BUR #5224 proposes an alias from double_tail to 2_tails. However, searching on double_tail in the MetaSearch does not show the pending alias.

An alternative to modifying the MetaSearch would be to do a regular forum search for the tag in question, since that should, in theory, pick up all the forum threads related to any alias, implication, or BUR for that tag. I feel like in practice this would work OK for some tags, and not all for very popular or controversial tags (which often come up in forum threads).

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The tags MetaSearch page .

I have not been using this. I think I will in the future! I wonder how hard it would be integrate the searches.

I always forget this page exists, I never actually knew it shows pending requests because it doesn't actually show them any differently from active relations, which it really should. pr #535

This is an obvious +1 from me, it makes complete sense to show them, and would help with duplicate posts. I'm not sure how easy this would be to implement, however.

Updated

Assuming it's implemented properly, this would also help enormously with the fact that the current BUR search doesn't actually work. It has both stemming and underscore substitution enabled, rendering it almost useless for more than the simplest queries.
