The tag alias #63447 feather_pen -> quill has been approved.

Reason: The contents of the two tags appear identical, but quill has both far more posts and an implication. feather_pen likely exists only because people don't know the proper word for it.

Quill is also the name for a porcupine's spines, so I wonder if quill_pen would be a better name?

Ah yes, another fleece/coat/pelt confusion I'm upvoting anyway. If somebody wants to tag hedgehog quills, they can come up with another tag, lets say hedgehog_quills.

Ah, I hadn't checked lol. Looks like quill_pen is already aliased to it too. I'm sure it's fine

Problem is people have already been using quills to refer to hedgehog_quills. Additionally tying the tag to one species with the name doesn't seem that great an idea.

Should I make a separate forum post to get more opinions on this matter?

Could just alias quills -> quills_(anatomy)
