remove implication balls_above_penis (720) -> penis (1520319)

Reason:
post #2905586 post #2920297 post #2830230 post #3440756
This implication is causing penis to be applied alongside fully_sheathed. Penis is obvious enough to add on upload, or to notice that it's missing.

Perhaps it should just be aliased to marsupial_balls since these tags basically mean the same thing but this one does seem to suggest the presence of a penis if taken very literally.

While they probably should get aliased together (unless we end up wanting species_balls tags in general), balls_above_penis is far more descriptive. How many people know that random fact about marsupials? At least, I didn't until this.

Or perhaps the other way around? Marsupial_balls isn't as informative as balls_above_penis, and makes less sense when applied to non-marsupial characters.

No more so than canine_penis applied to non-canine characters. Balls_above_penis is a bit more confusing, as evidenced by the name creating the assumption that there is a visible penis instead of a sheath or slit or tentacle or whatever else someone can think of. Marsupial_balls instead only indicates the presence of visible balls, in a configuration that resembles marsupials, that can be paired with a penis/sheath/slit/whatever.
