Hmm. How about aliasing moblie_(artist) TO orangelemon? (that way if someone types in moblie as tag, "moblie_(artist) -> orangelemon" will be one of the tag suggestions)
(edit: and also alias MoblieModle (their twitter username) to orangelemon?)

I'm happy to go through posts tagged with moblie and manually change the ones by orangelemon(aka moblie) TO orangelemon tag.
And fix any that were intended to be a mobile tag (Mobile phone, or whatever).
