Topic: [APPROVED] "Blue macaw" in rio isn't a separate species, they're canonically, in-universe shown to be spix's macaws

remove implication blue_macaw (9) -> rio_(series) (832)
remove implication blue_macaw (9) -> bird (140268)

Reason: While they are often referred to as "blue macaws" in the movie, a character does say their scientific name at one point during the film and it's Cyanopsitta spixii, the Spix's macaw. "Blue macaw" isn't a fictional bird species in this movie and it shouldn't be its own tag IMO. They're likely called blue macaws in the movie because another name for the Spix's macaw is "little blue macaw".
Since there are several macaw species that are blue and sometimes called blue macaws (for example the spix's macaw and hyacinth macaw), I think it should just alias to macaw.

Part 2:
alias blue_macaw -> macaw

Why not alias to spix macaw? do we have tags for specific macaw species?

Yes, Spix's macaw exists, already implicates macaw and has over 600 uses, but there are several species that are referred to as blue macaw.
