Reason: Should be pretty self-explanatory: Unlike some equivalent tags (animal_genitalia, hybrid_genitalia, etc.), humanoid_genitalia does not yet imply genitals.

This really shouldn't be necessary, because humanoid_genitalia shouldn't be tagged on an image alone.

It should be implied by humanoid_penis or humanoid_pussy, which in turn would imply penis or pussy, and then genitals.

But I guess there's no problem with this implication either.

I absolutely agree that this shouldn't be necessary, but... well. This obviously won't fix poor tagging, someone's still gonna have to slog through there eventually, but I guess it doesn't really hurt for consistency's sake and maybe even for the miniscule amount of people who might have blacklisted either genitals or genitals -humanoid_genitalia.
