I have now done that (changed those posts to artist tag m4ysona).

BUT there are still 219 submissions in gallery of old username, so with only three of those uploaded to e621
there are potentially 215* artworks in old gallery that could be added to e621 (where uploaders might tag with artist's old username).

* = 219 - (the "moved" announcement upload + 3 artworks at e621)
= 219 - (1 + 3) = 215
