A quick Google search suggests QIWI Wallet is an app. The post that was tagged with it was apparently invalid (ad/low artistic quality/troll), but I don't see why the tag itself is invalid. Furthermore, that post is the only time it's ever been used, ignoring one time that was just a typo of kiwifruit.

Firstly, its one and only genuine use was for spam and it will happen again. It is only a matter of time.
Secondly, payment processors see almost no use here. Paypal has only 6 posts and that is the most popular of the lot. hot take, but it would be better to merge all these into payment_processor because they are invariably useless.

So, at its best this tag is trivial and will never see any use and at its worst it's only ever gonna be used for spam.

vk is a platform or site, not an artist, right? Saw it used for a TON of different artists on boorus.
