Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

Topic: the scat+diaper tags and TWYS

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

so I feel like I this might get me a record, but, I feel like the feces tag (and subsequently the scat tag which I have issues with that I won't get into here) doesn't really follow TWYS when paired with diaper considering that when soiled but not discolored, people tend to tag feces anyway, which is incorrect according to TWYS, since in theory it could be filled with anything, but it heavily implies feces, and people will want to blacklist that, so I'm just, stuck here, I've been tagging feces even if its only heavily implied but not technically visible. anyone have any opinions or ideas?

I also think it's not quite right, the tagging for these could be improved, but I have no idea how. =/
Since these are quite sensible themes, I assume it's a "blacklist-conviniency over logic" scenario.

Make soiling_diaper the same to soiling.

I mean, it's not wrong to assume that a filled diaper is both urine and feces, but yeah, it could be just they went for a swim or something. ;)

Mentioning scat tag, was I right to remove it (making sure that feces was present) on non-sexual instances? The Wiki entry (and common usage) implies it's either a genre of music popularized by cartoons like Betty Boop, and clubs of the same era, or... A type of porn.

scat was supposed to be only used on sexual instances, but its been so overly used that it has become synonymous with feces, and some have proposed aliasing scat to feces, and instead using coprophillia or something similar in place of scat, along with updating the global blacklist if needed.
