The tag alias #63584 ghost_hands -> ghost_hand has been approved.

Reason: It doesn't seem like singular vs plural matters enough to warrant separate tags. If they are to be kept separate, they both need to be cleaned up anyway: many of each should be tagged with the other.

I proposed the other way first because I vaguely thought there were other cases where the plural version of a body part tag was favored. But actually disembodied_hands is aliased to disembodied_hand so if for no other reason this way is probably better.
