Phallic seems like a bit of a vague tag since it's just the adjective by itself. From reading the wiki I feel like it may be better to replace it with phallic_object instead.

Could be an issue for things like shadows, or phallic negative-space/cutout shapes.

I'm just going by the current wiki description which states the tag should be used for phallic objects. Although I think phallic by itself doesn't sound very descriptive it could still be used as a catch-all tag for different types of phallic shapes like phallic object or phallic shadow. Unless there shouldn't be a way to differentiate between different ways in which a phallic shapes could appear in a post.
