Also an option, though I assumed gore would already be present.

yeah, but aliasing to invalid would mean we have to remove that tag when it shows up

afaik invalid_tag is only for things that are 100% invalid, with no tagging value.
for_gore_sake means gore, so aliasing it to such would be the way to go.

I realized how poorly worded the name was, and made a tag (death_focus) that got the point across better. I have no clue why I thought "for_gore_sake" made any sense.

So you forgore the reason you made the tag?

Let's get this over with, can somebody reject this bur to make it possible for an alias from for_gore_sake to death_focus?

I don't know, those seem to be relatively distinct. for_gore_sake seems to be for posts focused on gore, while death_focus is focused on death.

You can have gore without death and death without gore(?), so no, there shouldnt be an alias between them.

Not sure if there's any point in even aliasing this tag to gore, the phrasing isn't similar to any other tag, it's not a common term that someone would stumble upon, and most importantly, there are 0 posts under the tag, and probably never will get more posts going forward.

And the person themself who used the tag meant to say "death_focus" they said so above.
