"Same meaning" as per 10 minutes ago when you wrote the wiki.

According to Wikipedia, "Sodomy (/ˈsɒdəmi/), also called buggery in British English, generally refers to either anal sex (but occasionally also oral sex) between people, or any sexual activity between a human and an animal (bestiality)."

So no to aliasing it with anal_penetration.

Literally 2 posts exist under that tag and has never been tagged elsewhere before.
It takes less than 10 seconds to "cleanup" the tag manually. Avoid making alias requests when you can easily fix it yourself.
