I noticed the artist has an account and sometime posts art here, so I feel conditional avoid posting would be more accurate. So nothing aku posts gets flagged by someone who sees the 'avoid posting' tag.

I would prefer that more self-uploaders go full DNP, actually.
Most CDNP conditions specifically exist to limit people who aren't the artist themselves (no commercial content, content only available from specific sites/galleries, no edits, etc.); if a verified account is posting an artist's work, it's almost always a safe approval. On the other hand, self-upload-only CDNPs are usually a deletion if they come from the wrong account, so transitioning over to avoid posting would make it easier to delete uploads by unauthorized accounts.
The janitor UI doesn't include any quick-and-easy way to view an artist's CDNP conditions (a few users have taken it upon themselves to add the CDNP to the artist's wiki, though this isn't officially-supported and the info could always be out-of-date); instead I have to keep a link ready to the avoid posting list so that I can reference CDNPs.
Incorrect aku_tojyo flags also don't appear to be especially common. Only 8 different people have incorrectly flagged Aku Tojyo's posts, and it has only resulted in 15 flags total.

This is part of my frustration on sites like FA and IB with commissions. You'll notice I haven't uploaded anything from there lately... I wish people would just state outright if they allow it or not.
