You are correct. Hmmm.
If you are pulling foreskin back you are always retracting foreskin.
Maybe an implication is more appropriate than an alias?
Pulling_back_foreskin should alias to foreskin_pull
Edit: err I spoke too soon. Foreskin_pull includes tugging it forward. I guess pulling_back_foreskin could imply both foreskin_pull and retracting_foreskin, and then retracting_foreskin implies foreskin.
