An understandable mistake, but please check the wiki for penis_tip. It's not just for the tip of any penis, it refers only to when the tip of a penis is poking out of a sheath or genital slit.
Also next time you want to make a lot of connected aliases/implications please use a BUR
Edit: lmfao I can't read, I thought this was an alias, sorry. Well anyways not all penises will have a glans structure, like tapered_penises
