My understanding is that his name (奇美拉) is an anagram of "Chimera" (奇美拉), but he looks like basically every modern depiction of a mythological_carbuncle.

I think the similarity between Kiami's Chinese original name and Chimera is highly likely just a coincidence, and this name is only pronounced casually. After all, she does not have the characteristics of snakes or lions, and her prototype is a mythological carbuncle. She also has no gemstones on her head, and it is quite common to place something on her forehead. Moreover, there are not many people in China who know about mythological carbuncles, so the possibility is not high, I'm not sure about the above, maybe only by asking the designer can I know
