The tag alias #63859 marriage_proposal -> proposal has been rejected.
Reason: proposal's wiki page specifies it is just for marriage
proposing is already aliased to proposal, so proposal is the "canonical" tag

I can see a lot of other uses for proposal outside of its intended wiki definition (i.e., asking a hand for marriage). For example, mock proposals like for Valentine's or other activities.
Suggest to invalidate proposal and tell people to choose between marriage_proposal or propositioning. Alternatively, imply propositioning and marriage_proposal to proposal and have it be an umbrella tag.
