"Painted clothing" sounds like clothing that is painted, rather than bodypaint that resembles clothing. The tag should probably be renamed, IMO.

Perhaps paint-on_clothing? The hyphen helps separate it from the similarly ambiguous paint_on_clothing. Or perhaps clothing-like_bodypaint, or clothing-styled_bodypaint.
