Ass vs Butt is split pretty evenly , gonna be a monumental task either way. I suspect people don't bother about unifying it because the number that needs to be aliased is far too much and it continues to keep growing.

Anus replaces ass, in some of these it would be pinned_by_anus, it has been aliased to butt because many folks use ass to mean butt.

These words are similar, but if we are distinguishing them, I would see it this way: anus is the hole, butt is the glutes surrounding it (buttocks), ass is both. In this case, butt makes more sense for the pinning tag, because the pinning happens with the glutes (buttocks). But anus definitely does not include the glutes (buttocks).

I'm not invested enough to care anyway, but there definitely are scenarios where the butt isn't pinning the character, it would be the anus doing it.

I think this alias isn't a good idea for this reason.

I'd still count that as the butt too, not just the anus.
