What if the picture only consists of the inside of the pregnant character, showing only the unborn without showing the outside, would that tag still be applicable?

Probably liking one term over another if I had to guess? Some feedback on top of a down vote would be much more useful but what are you gonna do. They seem like basically interchangeable tags to me.

To be honest I think it should be reversed. The second one for example would not apply if image depicts an unborn child clearly pressing their hand against stomach for example, but it's still essentially same thing that people look up or blacklist for same reasons. Fetal movement in other hand would cover both.
